Automated daily notifications are available starting from our Premium plan.
You can add unlimited email notifications. To add a new email address, simply type it in and click Create to save it.
There are two frequencies to choose from:
Daily (1x per day)
Instant (up to 3x per day, after each update cycle)
*Instant is only available for Platinum plan users.
Notifications are sent after each update cycle is completed. Please note that the update times are based on a fixed schedule and cannot be adjusted.
As a result, notifications for automated tracking results are sent at most once per day, while notifications for manually added links can be received up to three times per day.
We offer five different notification types:

MAP Monitoring
Repricing Report
Reports can also be customized by selecting a specific Subject, such as Product, Collection, Brand, or Category, allowing you to focus only on the data you need instead of receiving all product reports.
Price Change
Any price changes from the last 24 hours will appear in this notification. You can set a threshold in your Preferences to receive only specific price changes.
Favorite Products
Receive price change notifications for products you have favorited.
Excel/CSV Reports
A spreadsheet file that includes your and tracked websites’ prices, position, indices, SmartPrice, and other metrics. You can choose between vertical and horizontal formats.
Stock Change
Notifications will be sent when stock changes occur.
MAP Monitoring
Especially useful for brands, suppliers, and manufacturers, this notification highlights listings that fall below the price levels you have set, making it easy to review them.
Please note that we do not enforce MAP/RRP policies, contact retailers, or issue violation alerts to other parties.
Repricing Report
This report is available only for Shopify users who have enabled automated repricing. It provides an overview of repricing activity from the last 24 hours, helping you track how your prices are being adjusted automatically based on your SmartPrice rule(s).
