Yes, Prisync tracks the availability of products across websites, indicating whether they are in stock or out-of-stock. You can also set up daily stock change notifications.
Please keep in mind that, by default, out-of-stock products are not included in Excel reports nor position calculations. You can change this in the Settings >> Preferences page.
