To report an issue with a URL, click on the Report icon next to each link under products. This will notify our tech team immediately, and they will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Reporting a URL is available only for URL-based monitoring and Hybrid Monitoring, as well as for your own URLs in the Channel-based plans. If you believe a result from Channel-based monitoring contains inaccurate information, please contact us via live chat. You can also disable irrelevant Channel-based websites from the Manage section.
