You cannot add product links you'd like to track manually in a Channel-based account.
To bulk add competitor URLs to existing products using Excel, first, simply click the Import button on the Products page or the Data Management option on the sidebar.
On the next page, choose the 2nd option: Competitor Source.
Make sure to DOWNLOAD your product list (You cannot use any other template).
The steps below will help you complete the process:
A. How to Fill the File?

The template includes predefined columns for Product ID, Name, Product Code, Barcode, and Competitor URL.
While filling the file, please note:
Don't make any changes to the pre-existing data in the Product ID, Name, Product Code, and Barcode columns. If these are altered, the URLs will not be added.
Ensure that all links are entered in the full https:// format, rather than as hyperlinked text.
The URL should lead to a specific product page with visible price information. Search or listing pages don't qualify.
If needed, you can add more Competitor URL columns.
URLs that already exist in the panel or in another product in the file will not be added. A URL can only be added once.
B. Map Properties
Now it’s time to map the columns in your file to Prisync’s properties. The properties are:
Product ID
Name
Product Code
Barcode
Competitor URL
Make sure each column in your file is mapped to the correct Prisync property; otherwise, it will be ignored.
For example, if your file uses “Competitor 1 URL” as a column header, you should map it to the “Competitor URL” field in Prisync.
After completing this final step, click the Complete Import button located at the bottom right corner of the page. Your file should then be imported into your account.
C. Import Status & Errors/Warnings File
Once the process is complete, you’ll be able to view their statuses. There are three possible statuses:
Completed successfully
Partial import (partial success)
Canceled
You will also see a summary of your import, including the number of products added and any errors encountered. From the Actions dropdown, you can download the import file, as well as any errors/warnings files.
