You can access your Prisync Shopify settings by going to Settings and selecting the Shopify Settings tab.
Which product details do you want to keep synchronized with Prisync?
Default: All attributes sync is enabled.
Once you make your selection, product details such as Name, Category, Tags, Brand, Product Code, Barcode, Cost, and Status will automatically stay up to date for the products already imported into the Prisync panel
Do you want to get your product list in sync with Shopify?
Default: “No”
Activating this preference by selecting “Yes” will import all Active-state products, up to your plan’s SKU limit. During synchronization, the product details will be fully retrieved.
Once you choose "Yes", one additional setting will appear:
↳ Do not import my out-of-stock products

Enable this option to exclude out-of-stock products in your Shopify store from being auto-imported.
Do you want to add archived and draft products to Prisync?
Default: “No” - Only Active products will be visible in the import section.
By selecting "Yes", you will allow the Prisync app to include Archived or Draft products.
Which Shopify state should trigger deletion of your products on Prisync?

Default: Unchecked/Disabled.
If you select either of the options, it will allow Prisync to delete products from the panel if you change their status from Active to Draft or Archived.
Do you want to set your prices automatically 3 times in a day by Prisync Repricing Engine?
Default: Unchecked/Disabled.
If you select "Yes", your prices will be automatically adjusted according to your SmartPrice rules.
However, if there are no SmartPrice rules or suggestions affecting a particular product, its price will remain unchanged. Please go here for detailed information on how to set up SmartPrice rules.
Please note that to use this feature, the products you want to reprice must be imported via Shopify Batch Import from your Products Page.
Once you choose "Yes", two additional settings will appear:
↳ How do you want to manage your CAP?
-
Do not change CaP: Prisync will update your Sales Price without affecting the Compare-at-Price of your Shopify field.
With this option enabled, you can also set your Compare-at-Price as the Max Level on the SmartPrice rule's Markup section.
Set the previous price as the new CaP: Prisync dynamically updates both your price and Compare-at-Price.
Depending on your theme, the original price may appear crossed out when it is higher than the SmartPrice. This allows your customers to easily compare the original price with the updated price.
↳ How do you want to reprice your variants?
There are three options to choose from:
Reprice independently
Reprice as the minimum variant SmartPrice
Reprice as the maximum variant SmartPrice
