There are  5 types of email notifications.                                                     

Price Change Notification (Premium Plan, Platinum Plan)

This notification is sent via email and the contents are placed in a user-friendly HTML layout. It will show all the products that have at least one price change. This notification can be set as daily or instant according to your plan. This notification will not be sent if there is no change.

Favorite Products (Premium Plan, Platinum Plan)

If you only want to notify about the changes to certain products this notification is for you. You can mark your products as favorites from your panel. This notification will not be sent if there is no change in the selected products.

Excel Report (Premium Plan, Platinum Plan)

This report is sent via email as a .zip file containing an Excel file of the data of the account. You can see your product names, your own and your competitors' prices, minimum-maximum and average prices, cheapest-highest companies of the products, SmartPrices, price changes, and stock information.

Stock Change (Premium Plan, Platinum Plan)

This report will show you the products that became out of stock or came back into stock. Please note that you can only receive this report daily. This notification will not be sent if there is no change in stocks of any product.

Map Monitoring (Platinum Plan-Supplier Module)

This notification is sent via email and the contents are placed in an HTML layout. With this report, suppliers can track the price violators for their own products in the market. So, if you’re a supplier and you want to track your own products’ prices in the market in terms of your recommended prices, this is a must-have report for you. This notification will not be sent if there is no price violation in the products of the panel.

Setting Frequency for Email Notifications

In terms of the frequency of the notifications, there are 2 options. The first one is daily and the other one is instant. For daily frequency, you get the selected notification on daily basis. For example, if you’re getting a price change notifications on a daily basis, then today’s prices are compared to the prices of yesterday and if a price change is detected, then this report is sent. For instant reports, instead of sending the reports on a daily basis, we send the notifications three times a day. Let’s continue with the price change example, if you’re getting instant price change notifications, you don’t need to wait one day to see the price change as with instant reporting, we send them once we detect them in the day. Please note that the instant option is only available in Platinum Plan.

Breaking Down the Notifications

You can also set email notifications for the selection of specific products, collections, categories, or brands. By combining the subject and options fields, you can choose a selection of products for setting up notifications.
If you’re a company that has different people who are responsible for different categories or brands, then with this option, the people can receive the notification of a related collection of products, categories, or brands report.
