This preference will be 'No' by default when you first create your account. If 'No' is chosen the URLs that are stock out will not show a price in excel reports even though they have price information in products page. You can always change this and you can immediately export a new excel file according to your preferences.
As we all know, sometimes products in online stores go to stock out and some sites still show the price. In this scenario, Prisync will continue to get the price and stock information from the page and show it in the web dashboard. For example, let’s take a look at the screenshot below:
As you see, babysecurity.co.uk is out of stock for this product and they keep their price on the product page and we still show it on products page as 90.00. However, when we get an excel export in the default settings this is how we see the price section of this product:
As you can see even though we are showing the price of 90.00 in the product page, we are not showing a price in the Excel Export.
This is how you see the same product when you change the selection to 'Yes':
The change happens immediately after changing the settings.
As a result, if you want to see the price of out of stock products in the Excel reports and contain them into position calculations, click Yes option for stock out settings.
