If you already have products in your account and would like to switch to Feed Integration, please contact us and we will clear your current products for you.
You can connect your product feed to Prisync, which lets us keep your product list up to date automatically.
Feed Integration supports XML, CSV, JSON, and XLSX files, and you can choose how often Prisync checks your feed for changes.
Kindly note that a product feed link is NOT the same as a domain name or a link to a product/category/search page.
The steps below will help you complete the setup:
B. How to Configure the Sync Schedule?
A. How to Add Your Feed URL?
First, go to the Product Source by clicking the Import button on the Products page or the Data Management option on the sidebar.
Select Product Source.

Choose the Feed Integration option, then paste your feed file's link into the File URL field.
When adding your feed, please keep the following in mind:
The link should point directly to your feed file in XML, CSV, JSON, or XLSX format.
Make sure the URL is complete and starts with https://
The feed must be accessible to Prisync. If your feed is password-protected, click Credentials below the File URL field and enter your login details so we can access it.
Name, Brand, and Category fields are mandatory. If any of the fields are left blank, the product will not be imported.
If you do not have information for Brand and/or Category, you can enter them as "No Brand" and "No Category".
Products with the same Name, Brand, and Category are considered duplicates and will not be imported.
You can add multiple tags by separating them with commas.
B. How to Configure the Sync Schedule?
Under Configure sync schedule, turn on the Automatically sync my products toggle to have Prisync update your product attributes based on your feed.
Select how often you'd like the sync to run:
Every 24 hours
Weekly
Monthly
If you leave the toggle off, your feed won't be synced automatically.
Every sync replaces your Prisync product data with the data in this feed. Any product you remove from your feed will also be removed from Prisync, and manual edits can be overwritten on the next sync. This can't be undone.
We recommend choosing the frequency that best matches how often your feed changes.
Once you're happy with your settings, click Continue to Mapping at the bottom right of the page.
C. Mapping Properties
Now it's time to map the fields in your feed to Prisync's properties. The properties are:
Name
Product Code
Barcode
Brand
Category
Product Cost
Additional Cost
Tags
Your Own URL
Each field in your feed needs to be mapped to the correct Prisync property; otherwise, it will be ignored.
For example, if your feed uses "title" for product names, you should map it to the "Name" property in Prisync.
After completing the mapping, finish the setup to start your first sync. Your products will then be imported from your feed and kept up to date based on the schedule you selected.
