Our Shopify integration offers two key benefits:
Seamless product sync - Keeps your product range between Shopify and Prisync in sync.
-
Dynamic Pricing automation - Enables you to automatically adjust your Shopify prices based on the SmartPrice calculated via the Dynamic Pricing rules you set in Prisync.
In this article, you'll find:
A. How to Install the Prisync for Shopify App?
Visit our Shopify App page.
Click Add app to start the integration.
Complete the setup.
↳ Onboarding
Before you start using the app, you’ll need to choose a competitor monitoring style. We offer three options:
URL-based
Channel-based
Hybrid model
*For a detailed explanation of each option, have a look at this article.
Once you’ve chosen a monitoring style, you’ll be redirected to approve the related charge.
Don’t worry, you won’t be billed until after your 14-day free trial ends! Please note that the app can’t be used unless the charge is approved.
↳ Upgrade / Downgrade Process
If you select a different package type than your initial plan during onboarding (for example, if you upgrade or downgrade), a payment confirmation screen will appear again once you log in to the app.
You’ll need to approve the payment for the new package before you can continue.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time during the trial at no cost. Billing will only begin once the trial ends.
B. How Can I Import My Products From Shopify to Prisync?
If you’d like to automatically import all products with Active status, please navigate to Shopify Settings and activate the Product List Sync option.
If you prefer to do it manually, you can do so via the Import page. Simply go to your Products page, where you’ll find the Import button to start the process.
Then, choose Start Import.
Next, you'll see the Import from Shopify section.
Shopify users can only import their products through the Prisync panel and/or directly from the Shopify dashboard. Importing or uploading products via Excel is not available once integrated with Shopify.
Our sync will ensure that your products are kept up to date automatically.
After selecting the product you’d like to import, click the Import button at the top right or bottom right of the page.
💡 Insider Tip: To make importing easier, you can filter products by Brand, Category, or Tag.
C. How to Reprice My Products?
To start receiving SmartPrice suggestions and enable automated repricing, you’ll need to complete a few more steps:
Add Competitor URLs
Make sure competitor URLs are added to each product. Learn how to add them individually or in bulk. If you’ve opted for the auto-match setup, you’ll just need to wait for the results to populate.Enter Product Cost

Which product details do you want to keep synchronized with Prisync?
Once you make your selection, product details such as Name, Category, Tags, Brand, Product Code, Barcode, Cost, and Status will automatically stay up to date for the products already imported into the Prisync panel
Do you want to get your product list in sync with Shopify?
Activating this preference by selecting “Yes” (default is “No”) will import all Active-state products, up to your plan’s SKU limit. During synchronization, the product details will be fully retrieved.
Do you want to add archived and draft products to Prisync?
By selecting "Yes", you will allow the Prisync app to include Archived or Draft products.
If you choose "No" (default), only Active products will be visible in the import section.
Which Shopify state should trigger deletion of your products on Prisync?

If you select either of the options, it will allow Prisync to delete products from the panel if you change their status from Active to Draft or Archived.
Do you want to set your prices automatically 3 times in a day by Prisync Repricing Engine?
The automated repricing option is "No" by default. If you select "Yes", your prices will be automatically adjusted according to your SmartPrice rules.
However, if there are no SmartPrice rules or suggestions affecting a particular product, its price will remain unchanged. Please go here for detailed information on how to set up SmartPrice rules.
Please note that to use this feature, the products you want to reprice must be imported via Shopify Batch Import from your Products Page.
Once you choose "Yes", two additional settings will appear:
How do you want to manage your CAP?
-
Do not change CaP: Prisync will update your Sales Price without affecting the Compare-at-Price of your Shopify field.
With this option enabled, you can also set your Compare-at-Price as the Max Level on the SmartPrice rule's Markup section.
Set the previous price as the new CaP: Prisync will update your price & Compare-at-price dynamically based on the Dynamic Pricing Rule. It will cross the original price if it is higher than SmartPrice. This way, you will be able to show your customers the new price and original price comparison.
How do you want to reprice your variants?
There are three options to choose from:
Reprice independently
Reprice as the minimum variant SmartPrice
Reprice as the maximum variant SmartPrice
