Prisync allows you to create separate market panels for the markets configured in your Shopify store. There is no limit to the number of market panels you can create.
Each market panel is created based on a one market–one catalog relationship. This means that each catalog associated with a Shopify Market requires its own separate Prisync installation.
In this article, you'll find:
A. How to Install Prisync for My Markets?
B. How to Access a Specific Market Panel?
D. Dynamic Pricing and Repricing for Shopify Markets
A. How to Install Prisync for My Markets?
On your Prisync for Shopify main dashboard, you’ll see the "Select Market" dropdown option.
Make sure that you are on the Platinum plan so you can install it. If not, please upgrade your plan first.
To continue with the new package, payment approval is required. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time during the trial at no cost. Billing will only begin once the trial ends.
↳ Market With Multiple Catalogs
Suppose your Shopify store has a market called Oceania with two catalogs: AU and NZ.
During the installation process, you will see two separate options:
Oceania – AU
Oceania – NZ
If you'll be using our automated product tracking with 12-14 digit GTIN/UPC/EAN codes (available on Channel-based and Hybrid model monitoring style), you can choose to enable Google Shopping, Amazon, or both as your product matching sources.
To track products for both catalogs, you'll need to complete a separate installation for each one. It is not possible to create a single market panel that includes multiple catalogs.
B. How to Access a Specific Market Panel?
From the main dashboard, click the “Select Market” dropdown and select the market panel you want to access.
Or go to the Markets page, locate the market you want to open, and click Open in Prisync to access the corresponding market panel.
C. Product Limit
All Shopify Market panels share the same product limit as your main Prisync panel.
This means your product limit is shared across all panels, not applied to each panel separately.
For example, if your plan includes a 5,000-product limit, you can track up to 5,000 products in total across your main panel and all Shopify Market panels combined.
- Main panel: 2,500 products
- Market Panel A: 1,500 products
- Market Panel B: 1,000 products
You cannot track 5,000 products in each market panel independently.
D. Dynamic Pricing and Repricing for Shopify Markets
You can configure Dynamic Pricing rules separately for each market panel.
However, automated repricing can only be enabled for one market panel at a time when multiple panels affect the same product prices. This prevents pricing conflicts and infinite repricing loops.
↳ Multiple Markets Without Catalog Assignments
If you install Prisync for multiple Shopify Markets that do not have catalog assignments, you can only enable repricing for one of those panels.
This is because the panels would be updating the same product prices. If repricing were enabled for multiple panels, they could continuously overwrite each other's price changes.
↳ Multiple Markets Using the Same Catalog
If multiple Shopify Markets are linked to the same catalog, you can also enable repricing for only one of those market panels.
Since all of the panels share the same catalog, enabling repricing on more than one panel could cause them to repeatedly overwrite each other's price updates.

E. Product Visibility
Archived products are not included in Shopify catalog listings. As a result, the number of products displayed in a Shopify catalog may differ from the number of products in the corresponding Prisync market panel.
If such a discrepancy is observed:
First, check whether the panel contains any archived products.
Then, open the product from the main Shopify product list and review which catalogs it is assigned to.
This behavior is expected because archived products are excluded from Shopify catalog listings, which can lead to differences in product counts between Shopify catalogs and Prisync market panels.
